‘Primeira coisa’ (English name: FirstThing, hereinafter the “App”) takes users’ personal information seriously and complies with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains information processed when you use the App.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing)
The App is operated to provide services such as showing your to-do list on the lock screen or as an overlay when the screen turns on.
Service data such as to-do lists and settings are stored on the user’s device. The developer does not receive, collect, or store this data on a server.
However, to analyze app usage statistics and improve the service, and to provide ads, third-party services (Google Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob) may be used, and some information may be processed in that process.

To provide App features, the following information may be stored on the user’s device.
- To-do items and completion status
- App settings (display options, notifications, etc.)
Information processed under Android permissions
The following permissions may be required to provide the service. Related information is used only on the device and is not sent to the developer’s server.
- Display over other apps (to show to-dos on the lock screen or over other screens)
- Usage access (when needed, to show guidance in the right screen/app context)
- Notifications (for related alerts)
- Battery optimization exception and foreground service (so lock-screen guidance can run reliably)
Information that may be processed automatically through third-party services
In the course of using Google Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob, the following information may be processed automatically.
- Advertising ID
- Device information (device model, OS version, etc.)
- App usage information
- App launch and usage statistics
- Diagnostic information
- IP address
- Ad performance measurement information
The types of information collected and how it is processed may vary according to Google’s policies.
The App does not provide sign-up or login features.
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)
The developer does not directly collect or retain on-device service data on a server.
Information stored on the device is kept until the user deletes the App or deletes the data within the App.
Processing and retention by third-party services such as Google Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob follow those providers’ policies.
